How Can You Join?
Canadian churches and service organizations having the interest - concern, and ability to sponsor an individual or family, are encouraged to consider known refugees waiting in asylum.
These victims of inhumanity have all fled from oppression and brutal violence and now search for places of safety, freedom and the chance for a better tomorrow.
Presently they ara located in Zambia, Kenya, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Cameroon, Iraq and Pakistan. They came from Democratic Republic of Congo (formerly Zaire), Rwanda, Burundi, Iran and Afghanistan.
All have refugee status from the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and their temporary "host" country.

Canadian churches, service clubs, unions and professional organizations that have the ability to sponsors refugees are the people we seek to reach.
Benefits of Joining
Personal joy result for the involved people who decide they will offer to help create a possitive change in the life of refugees.
